Why did Cecilia Apiding join Kawempe Moslems.
In the busy transfer window, Cecilia Apiding popularly known as Messi joined uganda premier champions kawempe Muslims from lady Doves on a one year contract.
According to Apiding, Kawempe is one of the best clubs in the uganda premier League and it was seen last season when they went ahead by winning the uganda premier League and are set to represent uganda in the CAF champions League.
She also added that Kawempe Moslems coach Ayub Khalifa believes that she can be in position to help the team winning millions of money in the CAF champions.
“lady doves is actually one of the best teams in Uganda but I wanted a far more better team that will give me exposure to bigger deals, so kawempe is one of them
“Coach Ayub Khalifa also wants me to help the team in the CAF champions League which I am set to give my best”
