The North East Regional League has seen clubs fail to honour fixtures this weekend with Apollos and NRS Babu failing to travel away against Agape kotido and Tepa respectively.
Apollos was supposed to travel to karamoja to take on Agape kotido United whereas NRS BABU was to travel to Ngora to take on Tepa. Their failure has raised eyebrows on the capability of teams vying for position in playing big league qualification playoffs.
This weekend only four fixtures being played with TAPOH beating Ateker FC 2:0, Ngora Rock Stars 3-3 against Kigandani, Obule Earth got a walk over after Turbur (Rupa United came late in their own home ground)
North East have fallen prey to Eastern regional League clubs for big league playoffs with the recent humiliation of Bukedea Central by mbale Heroes in 6-2 aggregate.
This has raised a big concern about the preparations of clubs for the competition with financial muscle as a Major concern for the majority of clubs.
The League has entered Match day two of the second leg with Tapoh and Myda battling for a spot for FUFA Big league play off.
