Kumi District, managed by Julius Ogwang popularly known as “Agahowa” has sent shock waves after a dominant group C conquest, winning all the three games in well anticipated second edition of the Ateker Cup of Nations.
Odeke’s technicality and experience has seen him as top scorer for Kumi and Golden boot contender at the Ateker Cup of Nations second edition
Odeke is a professional teacher working with Light SS where he used to play when light was still in the FUFA Big league, Isaac popularly known as Oberege is renowned striker who has vast experience previously playing for Kumi United, The Saints, Light SS among other Clubs he has played.
This looks like a no brainer to many spectators about his return to the score sheet when made ahattrick yesterday against Lokirima FC from kenya and firing a bullet that left the crowd cheering to the final whistle but sow Kumi District winning 3-0 against Kenya’s Kodopa.
Kumi was able to fully dominate the last game against Kodopa FC from kenya. Kumi got the two goals through Ochen Micah and Isaac Odeke.
Kumi district is on top of group C after three wins, 9 points and 12 goals scored. This has sent a message to the rest of the competition about the well built team Kumi has.
Kumi is a composed team made up of players from several clubs across Teso. The team is now preparing for the knockout set to kick off on Thursday.
